Our full day guide trail or fell running session is excellent way to get the most out of your visit and gives you chance to push on and head that little bit further than you may of chosen not too. We have some of the best trail and fell running terrain on our doorstep in the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District the United Kingdom has to offer. The full day is a up to six hours and with a chat on phone or by email prior to arriving with us we should have a good understanding of your fitness and ability so we can pick the best trail or fell run to suit your needs.

Hiring a guide for a full day gives the opportunity to take in the best trails and get high up in to the Lake District Fells without the stress of route planning and navigating.
Your trial running guide will also give you a few tips and techniques along the way which maybe just what you needed to improve your trail running and give you the confidence to head out in the future on your own. You will also learn about the local history of the area you are running in, it is something which can make the trail a lot more interesting knowing what the land or trail was previously used for.

What kit do I need to bring?

• Fell or trail shoes
• Shorts or tights
• Base layer (vest, short or long sleeved t-shirt)
• Waterproof Jacket
• Waterproof trousers or shorts
• Running vest or pack
• Water bottles (recommend 1 litre)
• Lunch/ Snacks
• Any personal medication you may require
