Looking for a fun-filled team building challenge? Look no further than Alfresco Adventure’s raft building challenge! Raft building is a unique and unforgettable way to improve interpersonal skills, creativity and problem solving in a group of people.
This challenge can be tailored to any group, such as: families, groups of friends, stag or hen groups, work colleagues or children.
The experience begins with teams being given a range of items with which to build their rafts, such as barrels, rope and wood. Instructors will be on hand to provide hints and tips as well as instruction. For example instructors will teach which knots will be the most effective to suit various purposes. When built, the mission for teams will be to paddle their raft around a course on the lake. As a further challenge, rafts will be put through their paces to pass a series of challenges, such as strength, speed and agility. An overall winner will be declared to increase the competition of the teams.
