Description

Have you got a budding Bear Grylls in the family? Is your child inspired by Mission Survive and The Island? If so, bushcraft and orienteering is the perfect way to encourage them and hone their survival skills and expertise, whilst having fun with their friends.

This party package seamlessly blends two very different survival skills: bushcraft and orienteering. The session will start with some basic survival training, such as foraging for basic natural resources and preparing food in the wild. Children will then be split into groups and challenged to build a shelter- from scratch! This is a brilliant activity which children of any age really enjoy. The ultimate test comes when the shelter is finished and children are asked to sit inside it to see if the shelter can withstand a downpour; this usually results in some very wet groups!

Children will then need to orienteer from point to point with various challenges on the way. This package is perfect for a close group of friends who like exploring and adventures.

We can base this at a variety of local areas depending on the needs of the group. All young people receive a free 7in1 survival whistle.
